Dahlgren Sharks Daily Practice Schedule
Stretches start 15 minutes prior to practice time
June 16th to August 8th
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 11:00am
Level 3 (7-12th grade) 8:00 – 9:00 am on deck at 7:45 am
Level 2 (4-6th grade) 9:00 – 10:00 am on deck at 8:45 am
Level 1 (K-3rd grade) 10:00 – 11:00 am on deck at 9:45 am
Note: NO practice the day after away meets.
The head coach may adjust practice times throughout the season. Copies of these schedules are also posted on the bulletin board at the pool.
